Before the Bee Well Oxymel is really to be bottled we must first remove the herbs!
They are strained, pressed, & oven dried for 48hrs to produce a lovely loose tea. The ACV vaporises away and the honey caramelises over the herbs.
This means zero waste for us, and some deliciously sweet warm comfort for you!
